Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and budget reports
- Oversee financial compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
- Develop strategic financial plans to support organizational growth objectives
- Coordinate with department heads on budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Conduct financial audits and implement process improvements
- Manage banking relationships and optimize cash flow management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive finance experience in healthcare
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is highly desirable
