Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement financial models for project costing and budget forecasting
- Ensure adherence to Singapore's financial regulations and corporate governance standards
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations for optimal liquidity
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Optimize financial processes through system improvements and automation initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in finance with construction industry exposure
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems and Excel
- Proven ability to manage financial audits and compliance documentation
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting and presentations
