Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Conduct regular financial audits and ensure strict adherence to internal control policies.
- Monitor hotel revenue streams and assist with tax filings and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or hotel-specific PMS systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight financial reporting deadlines.
