As a Finance Executive, you will handle full-spectrum accounting tasks, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide actionable insights to management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and balance sheet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations (SST/Income Tax), and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external financial institutions.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records for all financial transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a financial or accounting role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, SAP, or Sage).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high level of integrity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a team environment.
