Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accurate reporting
- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for operational efficiency
- Maintain general ledger integrity and perform account reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards (FAS) and tax regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
- Assist in internal audits and implement process improvements for financial controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
