In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our daily operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting our strategic budgeting processes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of company budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Process and verify payment vouchers, invoices, and expense claims for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during financial year-end closing.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI/CAT).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
