As our Finance Executive, you will manage end-to-end accounting processes, from bank reconciliations to payroll administration and GST compliance. You will play a key role in supporting management with accurate forecasting and financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform timely and accurate monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Handle GST submission and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee accurate and punctual payroll processing for all employees.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support the finance team in cash flow monitoring and budget forecasting.
- Maintain financial records and ensure documentation follows company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role with a strong understanding of GL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) is essential.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software; experience with Xero is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
