Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, tracking variances and providing insights to management.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices are processed correctly and payments are made on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements, including filing tax returns and submitting reports to authorities.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist in the internal and external audit processes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar Finance Executive or Finance Officer role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Good understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
