Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with Indonesian GAAP and regulations
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) for management and stakeholders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
- Conduct financial audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Expertise in Indonesian financial regulations (PSAK, tax compliance) and IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record in financial reporting and internal control implementation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
