Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis to support financial decision-making
- Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to ensure optimal financial health
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within the finance function
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data processing and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
