Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Oversee Accounts Receivable operations including credit management, collections, and customer account reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports including aging reports, cash flow statements, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to resolve financial discrepancies
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AP/AR management within Malaysian corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement
