Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
- Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
