Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly documented.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparations.
- Process employee expense claims and petty cash management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the tech industry or a fast-paced SME.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Singapore's taxation and regulatory requirements.
