Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, intercompany accounts, and other financial records.
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and manage expense claims in adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Assist in tax reporting and compliance, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a fast-paced startup or technology environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory for this role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Must be currently based in Batam City, Kepulauan Riau.
