Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide insights to senior management
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to maintain healthy cash flow
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives with financial analysis
- Stay updated on relevant tax regulations and ensure compliance in all financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Demonstrated experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax requirements
