We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join the dynamic team at MYSense. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. If you have a strong background in accounting principles and a passion for numbers, we want to hear from you.
As a Finance Executive, you will ensure seamless operations across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). You will be responsible for preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing receivables while maintaining strict compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will provide critical support for audit preparation, tax documentation, and various administrative tasks, making you an integral part of our finance department.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP, AR, and GL.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and ensure timely receivables collection.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, MFRS, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control analysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in full-set accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or local equivalents).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
