Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Support audits by preparing documentation and reconciling accounts
- Collaborate with departments to optimize financial processes
- Develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced MS Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
