- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and financial reporting for sponsors
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Experience in non-profit or sports organization is preferred
- Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA) is advantageous
