Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end payment processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursements.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and management reports for stakeholders.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring strict adherence to company credit and payment policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to assist with budget tracking and expenditure analysis.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and internal audit standards.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or UBS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
