We are expanding our operations, and we need a skilled finance expert to manage our financial operations, ensure strict compliance, and drive strategic financial planning.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support our rapid growth in the fast-paced IoT market. You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, overseeing budgeting processes, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for the regional office.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Conduct variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall profitability.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits to ensure smooth and transparent processes.
- Process payroll and manage tax filings in accordance with Malaysian regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting within a multinational corporation.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, global team environment.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
