We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive to join our finance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full sets of accounts for assigned companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Your expertise will directly contribute to the financial health of the organization as you prepare comprehensive monthly management reports. We are looking for a professional who can provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. You will handle month-end close procedures, bank reconciliations, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts (General Ledger) for assigned entities.
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet, providing actionable insights to management.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly bank statements.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (ACRA, IRAS) and internal policies.
- Manage fixed asset registers and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar Finance Executive or Accountant role.
- Certification such as ACCA, CPA, or ACA is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent understanding of Singapore tax and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
