Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, coding, and timely data entry.
- Ensure all payments are processed in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare payment vouchers and ensure proper documentation for audit trails.
- Assist in the month-end closing process, including accruals and ledger adjustments.
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve billing or payment queries.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial records and support documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline accounts payable workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general finance operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to tasks.
- Understanding of Malaysian tax regulations (SST/WHT) is a significant advantage.
