We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our growing team in Ang Mo Kio. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain positive supplier relationships.
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of payment schedules and cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain electronic filing systems for all AP-related documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments and external auditors to provide necessary financial data and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CPA candidates are welcome).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an Accounts Payable or general accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or MYOB) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax requirements.
