Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial transactions
- Collaborate with procurement and operations to resolve financial inquiries
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports and financial analyses
- Optimize payment cycles to maximize cash flow efficiency
- Lead process improvements in AP systems and procedures
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Malaysian GST and tax compliance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
