Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms where appropriate
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
- Collaborate with other finance team members to streamline processes
- Contribute to financial analysis and budget planning activities
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and financial management
- Experience working in the education industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and standards
