Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules for leadership review
- Process payroll and assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Assist in audit preparations and documentation requests
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred
