Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to advance your career with a reputable firm? Ryobi Geotechnique is seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join our accounting team in Johor. This role is designed for a versatile finance expert who excels in managing core accounting functions within a structured, fast-paced environment.
As our Finance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting process, including the oversight of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger maintenance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation.
- Execute Accounts Receivable duties, ensuring timely billing, tracking collections, and managing debtor aging reports.
- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial audits and tax filing requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with internal controls and local regulatory policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MICPA).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL Accounting, or MYOB).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
