Are you an organized and detail-oriented finance professional looking for an immediate opportunity? Bens Kitchen is seeking a dedicated Finance Executive (AR) to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records.
As part of the Bens Kitchen family, you will play a key role in our financial health, working closely with the management team to streamline billing operations and improve cash flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process, including invoicing and billing.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Prepare and send monthly statements and payment reminders to clients.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash collection duties.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Generate and analyze AR reports to identify overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the accounting system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
