Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Prepare tax documentation and liaise with external auditors
- Monitor cash flow and assist in financial forecasting activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in healthcare or medical industry preferred
