Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial data.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar Finance Executive or Assistant Finance Manager role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singaporean work pass or citizenship is preferred.
