Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, transfers, tracking, depreciation, and write-offs.
- Perform regular reconciliation of fixed asset registers against the General Ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate and execute physical asset verification exercises with various internal departments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, schedules, and disclosures related to fixed assets.
- Assist with internal and external audit queries, ensuring full compliance with public sector financial guidelines and policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and system enhancement testing (UAT) as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in fixed asset accounting is highly advantageous, but fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is required.
- Familiarity with ERP financial systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday) is preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to a contract duration in the Central Region.
