Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the company’s general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the budgeting process by tracking expenses and providing variance analysis to management.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and data analysis tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
