Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end capital management process to ensure optimal financial allocation.
- Maintain and reconcile the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring all assets are recorded in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform regular audits of fixed assets and capital expenditure (CAPEX) to verify accuracy and internal compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline capital budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end closing activities and audit documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase financial operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, fixed asset management, or general accounting.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling).
- In-depth understanding of MFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
