Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Support the month-end closing process and ensure all reconciliations are performed timely.
- Handle tax filings, including SST and other relevant regulatory compliance matters.
- Provide analytical reports to management to assist in strategic budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners to facilitate smooth transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is mandatory to liaise with regional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL Accounting) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic technology manufacturing environment.
