Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-spectrum financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed variance analysis
- Monitor and track project costs to ensure construction project profitability and budget compliance
- Collaborate with project managers on budget forecasting, cost control, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with Singapore financial regulations, accounting standards (SFRS), and company policies
- Handle cash flow management, treasury functions, and working capital optimization
- Support internal and external audit processes and prepare audit documentation
- Streamline finance processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA) or part-qualified status preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing roles
- Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or property development sector is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, GST requirements, and payroll administration
