Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize cost accounting systems for manufacturing operations
- Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analysis for management review
- Oversee inventory valuation, control, and reconciliation processes
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities
- Analyze production costs and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Assist in budget preparation and cost forecasting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams on cost efficiency initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or CPA) preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and financial modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
