We are seeking a dedicated Finance Executive, Credit & Collections to join StarHub’s dynamic finance team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate collections, ensuring timely payments, and resolving customer queries and disputes. You will play a vital part in maintaining healthy cash flows and fostering strong relationships with our corporate clients.
Your day-to-day will involve following up on overdue accounts, processing refunds and adjustments, performing reconciliations, and generating aging reports. You will collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve collection efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in credit control and accounts receivable to contribute to a leading telecommunications company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Follow up with corporate customers on collections and payment matters
- Support customer queries and dispute resolution in a timely manner
- Process refunds, adjustments, and credit notes accurately
- Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts
- Prepare and analyze aging reports for management review
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and correspondence
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
