In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and supporting the finance team with month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice verification and payment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the general ledger.
- Support the team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle petty cash management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in audit preparations and provide support for financial documentation filing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions accurately.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal departments.
- Ability to commit to the full 6-month contract duration.
- Prior experience in the education sector or public institutions is an added advantage.
