Far East Organization, a prominent real estate developer and a Christian enterprise, is looking for a talented Finance Executive to join our Financial Reporting team. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure the integrity of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in accordance with IFRS and SFRS.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management, regulators, and auditors.
- Assist in consolidation of group financials and intercompany reconciliations.
- Support external and internal audit processes, including preparation of schedules and responding to queries.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
- Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting or audit.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore FRS.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
