Far East Organization, a prominent real estate developer and a Christian enterprise, is looking for a talented Finance Executive to join our Financial Reporting team. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure the integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in accordance with IFRS and SFRS.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to management, regulators, and auditors.
  • Assist in consolidation of group financials and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support external and internal audit processes, including preparation of schedules and responding to queries.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to management.
  • Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA) is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial reporting or audit.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore FRS.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar ERP is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
