Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with MFRS and company policies.
- Perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion of financial statements.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation and responding to audit queries.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow, expenses, and budgetary variances to support management decision-making.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and oversee the depreciation schedules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the reporting cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or MICPA) or active candidacy is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in financial reporting or general accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
