Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage fund allocation to ensure optimal utilization across all departments and projects
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's long-term goals and objectives
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial forecasting to maintain financial stability
- Prepare accurate financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics for management review
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance reporting for all business units
- Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams to enhance decision-making capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
- Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or relevant financial qualification is highly advantageous
- Proficient in financial software, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in the equipment industry or manufacturing sector is a plus
