- Prepare comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Analyze financial performance data and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Support month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Monitor key financial KPIs and variance analysis for operational units
- Assist in developing financial strategies for capital expenditure projects
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in utilities or regulated industry preferred
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling techniques
