Join Volt Auto Pte. Ltd. as a Finance Executive and play a pivotal role in our financial operations across Malaysia markets while based in Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full set of accounts for Malaysia market operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and reconciliation
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Malaysian entities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles, payroll processing, and tax compliance for Malaysia operations
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Develop and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide insightful reports to management
- Streamline accounting processes through automation and system optimization
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Malaysia business units
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3-5 years of full set accounting experience
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Proven experience managing Malaysian market accounting operations and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian FRS/FRS and tax regulations (GST, income tax)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent communication skills for cross-border collaboration with Malaysia team
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial reporting and documentation
