Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes
- Prepare and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Handle ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required by management
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Assist in internal and external audit processes
- Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and closing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
