We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in full set accounting, particularly within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for month-end closing, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and tax/GST compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the General Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collection activities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
- Coordinate month-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Handle tax and GST filings, ensuring timely submission and accuracy
- Support internal and external audits as required
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full set accounting
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
