- Prepare and present accurate group consolidated financial statements
- Oversee financial consolidation processes for multiple subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/MFRS and regulatory requirements
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
- Support management reporting and board presentations
- Coordinate external audits and compliance reviews
- Implement process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 3 years in group consolidation or financial reporting
- Expertise in IFRS/MFRS standards and regulatory compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
