Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support the finance team with month-end closing activities and audits.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with internal financial policies.
- Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Must be able to commit to the full 12-month contract period.
- Prior experience in a shared services or multinational corporate environment is a plus.
