Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Coordinate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders on financial matters
- Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
- Implement and optimize financial controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting role
- Native or fluent Japanese language proficiency (written/spoken)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
