Are you a detail-oriented Finance professional with a passion for lease accounting? Sudong Sdn Bhd is looking for a Finance Executive to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. In this key role, you will take charge of managing the financial lifecycle of over 14,000 lease contracts. You will ensure our portfolio is accurately recorded, compliant with IFRS 16 standards, and ready for timely month-end reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of lease accounting for a portfolio of 14,000+ contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Perform monthly lease data reconciliations and support the month-end closing process to meet reporting deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to IFRS 16 (or local GAAP) standards and internal compliance policies.
- Prepare and analyze lease reports to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain and update the lease management database, verifying data integrity and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address lease-related inquiries and streamline processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lease accounting, ideally managing large portfolios (14,000+ contracts).
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS 16 or similar international accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
