Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements using SQL and other financial reporting tools.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and SST (Sales and Service Tax) requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing schedules and financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the development of financial forecasts and budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
- Strong accounting sense with a solid understanding of financial principles and reporting standards.
- Experience with SQL for P&L reporting and data extraction is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian tax legislation and SST filing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
